1 Dead In 3-Car Stoneham Crash: Massachusetts State Police

Update: Police are asking for the public's help in finding a small SUV that was spotted speeding and driving erratically near the fatal I-93 crash on Thursday morning. Investigators say the vehicle is close to a Subaru Crosstrek or a Nissan Rogue.

Police say the car was driving in the Medford Stoneham area around 8:25 to 8:45 a.m. Police ask anyone who may have seen this vehicle or has information about to call Trooper CJ Murgo at the State Police Detective Unit for Middlesex County at 781-897-6609 or the State Police-Medford Barracks at 781-396-0100

Original: One person is dead in a multi-car crash on I-93 near Exit 25 in Stoneham, Massachusetts State Police said. 

The crash happened just after 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13, when a car crashed and rolled over, ejecting one of the occupants, authorities said. The person's name has not been released. 

At least three cars were involved in the wreck. 

State police closed two lanes of the interstate as they cleared and investigated the scene. Massachusetts Department of Transportation officials said drivers should expect delays.
